The program is the process used in Engineering Colleges to aware new enrolled aspired Engineers and to prepare them for their new role as future Technocrats. The Aim of the Programme is acclimatize the students to the atmosphere of a college and corporate industry, to fill the Bridge gap between College to Corporate World.

The programme incorporates a wide variety of activities such as Group exercises, Presentations and activities on various topics, it is also include the career mapping delivered to students before they permitted to enter the corporate area and begin their work.
